    These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of www.emergenserve.com (the "Site") and the electrical services provided by EmergenServe ("we," "us," or "our") in Charleston, SC and the surrounding Lowcountry. By using the Site or requesting service, you agree to these Terms.

    Use of the Site

    You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe the rights of others or restrict their use of the Site. You may not attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Site or its related systems.

    Service Requests & Estimates

    • Booking a service request through the Site or by phone does not create a binding contract until we confirm the appointment.
    • Estimates are based on the information you provide and may change after on-site evaluation.
    • All electrical work is performed by licensed professionals in accordance with applicable codes.

    Payment

    Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed in writing. Late payments may be subject to additional fees as permitted by South Carolina law.

    Warranties

    We stand behind our workmanship. Specific warranty terms are provided with each completed job. Manufacturer warranties on parts and equipment are governed by their respective manufacturers.

    Cancellations

    Please notify us at least 24 hours in advance to cancel or reschedule a non-emergency appointment. Same-day cancellations may incur a trip fee.

    Intellectual Property

    All content on the Site, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of EmergenServe or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce or redistribute Site content without our written permission.

    The Site and its content are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
